1. If you have installed a spam filter on your computer to get rid of unwanted e-mail, you must put my name and/or e-mail address on your list of approved people, or you may not receive an answer to your request!
2. If possible, have only one member of your group correspond for reservations, using the same e-mail address throughout all correspondence. Please give your whole name and the dates each time you correspond. This will be a huge help, we don’t want to confuse your reservation with others.
3. Our preferred method of contact is via e-mail. All reservations can only be confirmed via email. The phone number listed should be used only in an emergency, and cannot be used to confirm reservations.
4. We regret that we are unable to give tours of the properties.
Rental Policies
Reservations are confirmed when payment of 1/2 has been received. We will only accept either a paypal deposit or a money order/cashier's check payable to Margaret Washa and mailed to 2870 Old Creek Road, Middleton, WI 53562, U.S.A. Please include:
1. your full name
2. address
3. email address
4. which property you are renting
5. the dates of your rental
We will confirm receipt of the deposit immediately by email.
The balance is due upon arrival, and will be exchanged for the keys to the property. You must bring U.S. dollars to pay for the balance due. We cannot accept credit cards, checks of any kind or traveler's checks. Please have the correct amount.
Check-in is any time after 2 pm, unless specific arrangements are agreed upon in writing (email) beforehand. Early check-in can only be possible if property is unoccupied just before rental.
Check out time is 11 am, unless specific arrangements are agreed upon in writing (email) beforehand. This can only be possible if property is not rented immediately afterwards.
Cancelation Policy
If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 15% service fee to the agent. If canceled less then 60 but at least 30 days prior to arrival, one half of the deposit is refundable. There is no refund if canceled less then 30 days before arrival date.
